
• 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/4 cup dry white wine
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 1/2 tbsp Sexy Spice Piri Piri (or to taste)
• 6 cloves garlic, minced

Combine shrimp, Sexy Spice Piri Piri, wine, 1 tbsp oil and garlic in a medium size mixing bowl. Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Preheat grill on a medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bowl reserve marinade. Thread shrimp onto each of 6 (12 inch) skewers. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 7 minutes on each side or until done; turn and baste frequently with reserved marinade.
