
• 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Sexy Salt Original

Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel and wash Yukon gold potatoes, cut into finger size wedges. In a medium mixing bowl toss potato wedges, olive oil and Sexy Salt Original. Lay seasoned potatoes flat on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
