
• 4 6 oz salmon steaks
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp Sexy Spice Italian

In a medium mixing bowl or shallow dish rub olive oil and Sexy Spice Italian into the salmon steaks, wrap and place in the fridge for 30-45 minutes. Preheat barbeque or non-stick grill pan to a medium high heat 10 minutes prior to grilling. Remove salmon steaks from fridge and grill until cooked.
