
• 2 lbs green shell mussels, wash well
• 2 ripe tomatoes, diced fine
• 2 shallots, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 1/2 tbsp Sexy Spice Italian (or to taste)

In a hot sauce pan heat olive oil and add shallots cook until transparent. Add diced tomato, Sexy Spice Italian and sauté. Add green mussels and white wine mix and cover for 6-7 minutes over high heat, once mussels open remove place ito serving dish. Reduce liquid by half, pour liquid over mussels and serve hot.
