
• 6 large Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes (peeled & quartered)
• 3 tblsp olive oil
• 1 1/2 cups unsalted chicken broth
• 2 tsp Sexy Spice Greek (or to taste)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chicken broth, and Sexy Spice Greek. Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a medium baking dish. Pour the olive oil mixture over the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally, until tender but firm.
